The Challenge

Role: UI/Visual Designer Year: 2014 Noise Marketing, NYC

Chase Ultimate Rewards points are a valuable currency that customers can use to purchase flights, hotels, cruises, vacation rentals, travel activities and more. Chase offers multiple credit cards that earn Chase points. Customers wanted to combine their earned points from different cards in order to maximize their earnings and travel redemptions. There was the need to create a website and mobile version for this purpose. In 2013 I was part of Noise Marketing agency design’s team helping to create the seamless experience.

The Process

I worked with cross functional team of designers, crafting the digital mobile experience from wireframes to recognizable UI solutions keeping consistency with web and table experience. I was in charge of flight booking, hotel booking, restaurant booking and reviews/ratings for UI experience.

Managing expectations One of the most important things to consider when designing across 3 screen sizes, is consideration of how content flows down. In order to provide a seamless experience between all devices.
